Undia

Undia, known before its discovery as the Shadow City or Black City, was founded by Trehan colonists on the southern coast of Spitos. The intention was to provide a base of supply for both their trade voyages to the east, and to launch pirate raids against the nearby Opulensi. This all went rather pear-shaped when the Opulensi found the port -- and noticed that it harbored all the pirates who had been bothering them for some time; the provocation led to a war that ultimately destroyed Treha, and Undia fell into Opulensi hands. Since then, its quality harbor has made it a beloved safe haven along the treacherous southern coast of Spitos in the face of Nakalani storms, but the black towers above its harbor stand in silent reminder of its more colorful past.
